Warranty & Return Policy

PART I - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchased your item directly through KLARVUE, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the item for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to KLARVUE, and we do not refund original shipping and handling charges on returned items.
PART II – LIMITED WARRANTY
KLARVUE products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty, unless otherwise specified. The limited warranty covers material and workmanship starting from the original date of purchase. The electronic sales receipt or the client’s proof of purchase must be presented upon the request of a warranty service. This warranty will be honored in the country of purchase only.
What Will KLARVUE Do:
- KLARVUE will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem through e-mail. KLARVUE may direct you to download or install specific software updates. If your problem cannot be resolved via e-mail, or through software updates, you may need to deliver the product to KLARVUE for further examination, or you may be eligible for a replacement.
- KLARVUE's sole obligation under its warranty shall be, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or repay the price of any article or part thereof.
- KLARVUE will repair the product without charge or replace it at its discretion with an equivalent product, if it has a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty described previously.
What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover or Apply to:
- Damages caused by misuse or failure to follow the user manual, including:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Items past their warranty period.
- Non-quality-related issues after 30 days of purchase.
- Free products.
- Repairs through third parties.
- Damage due to product misuse, neglect, accidents, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or any other external cause
- Products that have had any modification or tampering.
- Cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches and broken plastic.
Product and Part Replacement
Replacement products or parts provided by KLARVUE may not be new but will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part’s warranty.
A replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
For cases under warranty conditions, you can obtain warranty service by contacting support@klarvue.com. For products ordered from a local dealer, please contact the dealer directly.
You will need to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt, or order number (for KLARVUE Direct Sales) along with the Serial Number of your products for warranty service. Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. Please contact KLARVUE for information specific to your location.
Please note that the warranty service is only available in the respective KLARVUE service regions where you purchased your KLARVUE product.
